No matter in what form: Sugar is and remains the number one enemy – at least when it comes to physical health. But anyone who thinks that sugar is only found in sweets is mistaken. Whether in fruit juice, pizzas or sauces – sugar is everywhere. Often hidden behind names such as maltose, dextrose, maltodextrin or molasses… Sugar is contained in almost all finished products.
Excessive sugar consumption is blamed for a number of diet-related diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, depression, sleep disorders, poor concentration, hormonal fluctuations and tooth decay. High sugar consumption can also promote inflammatory processes in the body and thus encourage the development of autoimmune diseases. We burden our entire body with sugar.
Sandra will report on how she has fared, what physical changes she has noticed (very quickly) and how she has supported herself with the oils and the right nutritional supplements.
